CyberSoft Mission Statement
We live in a dangerous world where the automation of processes - from military battle management to global financial transactions - is a necessity. These mission-critical systems are focal points for attacks against the very organizations that utilize them.
CyberSoft's mission is to protect these systems and to do it better than anyone else in the world. We accomplish this task by investing in research, development, and the latest tools necessary for us to anticipate and deal with historical, contemporary, and future attacks. Our products will protect the customer to the best of our ability - this includes providing support and training to our customers so that they can utilize our products to their maximum benefit.
Company Philosophy
In order of importance, CyberSoft's philosophy on how to accomplish our Mission Statement is as follows:
- Protect the Customer.
In many cases, our customers will not know what they need or how it needs to be accomplished. As experts accepting payment from our customers, it is our moral obligation to determine what they need and to provide it to them in a palatable method, to the best of our ability.
- Protect CyberSoft.
We must protect the company from ruin of all forms, including financial, perceptional and moral. As a security company, we must behave morally towards our customers by providing products that actually work and are not merely gilded window dressing covering empty promises. Financially and perceptually, the company must do well in order to be rewarded for our efforts, and in order to earn the right to continue servicing our customers.
- Satisfy The Customer.
Customers know what they want. Many times customers want additional functionality. If what they want does not conflict with the necessity to protect them and ourselves, and we can reasonably do what they want, then provide it.
